CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Acme Infolabs Pvt. Ltd. Imparts seamless and high quality services with complete client’s satisfaction always remain on the top of our priority. We follow a clear, transparent and no fuss cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

• All forms of cancellations request must be sent to our billing and accounts department through mail or telephone.
• The cancellation request will not be considered valid until and unless it is duly confirmed and you receive a confirmation reply by the respective department.
• The confirmation mail we send you in reply can work as the proof of canceling the service.
• The cancellation requests will only be deemed or entertained if it is made within 12 hours of placing the order to us.

Cancellation & Refund

Search Engine Optimization & Internet Marketing

No refund would be provided for search engine optimization, social media marketing or any other form of internet marketing services. The amount will be non-refundable even if it is paid in advance.

Search engine algorithms for website ranking on search engines keep changing and updating. No SEO company including ours has no control over those changes. Thus, we cannot guarantee our clients for any specific results whatsoever, and the payment for the services regardless of results achieved will be non-refundable. However, we assure our clients to keep their websites and other pages optimized as per the latest algorithms through updated techniques.

Web Development

It is to inform that all kinds of web designing and web development projects duly need extensive resources, bring on internal expenses and devour lots of time. Hence, once the payment is made, it will be non-refundable. In case the project is canceled, delayed or postponed by the client, the paid amount will be liable as non-refundable. Apart from this, if applicable, the additional cost will be levied upon the client for all work completed till that time.

Web Hosting

All the hosting payments irrespective of the present or the past months will not be refunded. The web hosting accounts is initiated from the time of your order and thereof provided a limited amount of server resources as per your chosen or purchased plan. The payment will still be due on clients in case they open a hosting account but do not use it. The billing cycle for hosting will be assumed continued until it is a hosting cancellation notice is not received in writing from the client.

If the hosting payment that exceeds 15 days of the due date will be levied for the termination of the account. If the payment for hosting is done up to 12 months in advance and it is canceled before the expiry date, will be refunded for the months not yet used or elapsed.

Miscellaneous Conditions for Cancellation and Refund

• No cancellation and refund will be made for the services our marketing team has offered on special occasions.
• We do not provide any refunds on payments and deposits for the project that are deserted or lay inactive for more than 30 days.
• No refund will be entertained for the work that has already completed, as several resources are involved in the completion of every milestone.
• The refund is not possible for the amount paid in the form of installation charges or administration fee.
• Any amount that incurred on taxes paid on services levied by the regulatory bodies will not be eligible for the refund.
• No refund will be made in case of any delay or disruption in services transpire due to change in the scope or pattern of work during or mid of development phase or any third party involvement.
• The client must concur that refund shall not be entertained in case the cancellation is requested after the launch of the project.
• We are not responsible for any third party services and its effect on the ranking or services such as content writing, web development, hosting etc.
• Acme Infolabs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make any amendment in the cancellation and refund policy without any prior information or notice to the clients. Therefore, it is advised to be updated with our cancellation and refund policy.
• In case of any dispute and disagreement, Acme Infolabs reserve the right to make the final decision.
